My
experience with the product:
This easy@home blood pressure monitor is elegant to
use. Now one has to get a doctor visit with the possession
of this digital monitor at home.
The design is very elegant and easy to understand
and use. It also has a manual provided on how to use the device. The digital
monitor is very well built and can rest on floor surface for easy reading of
the values. The monitor operates on 4 AA batteries which is also included in
the kit.
There are 2 hand cuff sizes available on purchases,
Large cuff (22- 42 cm) and normal cuff ( 22-32 cm).
They also provide an easy storage pouch which could fit
in the arm cuff and the monitor.
I initially wrapped the cuff around my arms (wrap it
just medium tight and you should feel it comfortable in your arm and not too
tight or loose) and connected the tube from the cuff to the digital monitor.
Then I pressed the start button in the monitor. Slowly my arm cuff started
tightening with pressure around my arms. I couldn’t say exactly if it was air
pressure or something else. Anyway this is how the usual blood pressure monitor
works.
As the cuff gets tightened, the systolic reading in the blood pressure
monitor starts to increases rapidly from 1 to 120. I have shown below the final
reading in the image. The normal SYS/DIA reading is 120/80 mmHg. And the Pulse
rate can range between 60-100. Phew! My readings are normal now! You could also
see the back-light is in blue representing healthy levels. If the back-light is
in orange it indicates moderately unhealthy levels. And red back-light indicates
dangerous results.
You could also set your user profile and note the the history of readings. Up to 2 user profiles could be created.
Overall this is a very good @home blood pressure monitor
for anyone who is pregnant or elderly persons.
